Evidence to support the Local Plan
Local plans must be based on strong evidence.
We carry out detailed technical studies on the characteristics of each area, including:
- social
- economic
- environmental
Our Issues and Options (Stage 2) consultation showed how studies have helped with the plan-making process so far. We have commissioned a range of further studies to help us to prepare the Local Plan.
You can download current technical studies below. Further studies will be added when completed.
