If you don't like your council repairs or you are in any way unhappy with the service you have received, call our repairs section. They will take details from you and try and solve your problem.

This line is free to call and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emails will be answered within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We only provide face-to-face support for our most vulnerable residents who have been offered appointments:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
We also like to know when things go well. If you are pleased with the service you have received, please tell us.
