How we deliver repairs
Appointments are offered on weekday mornings and afternoons. Available times are:
- Monday to Friday mornings – 8am to 1pm
- Monday to Friday afternoons – midday to 5pm
In some circumstances we offer extended repair times:
- Monday to Friday evenings – 5pm to 6:30pm
- Saturday mornings – 8am to 1pm
Our contractors
Contractors represent us and are expected to behave to the same high standard as our staff. On arrival they will introduce themselves and show a formal identification badge.
If you are not sure about a contractor's identification, do not let them in, contact our repairs line.

This line is free to call and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emails will be answered within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Contractors will be wearing the proper uniform and will:
- explain why they are there and what the works will mean to you
- behave in a polite and professional manner at all times
- not smoke, play music or use foul or abusive language
- make sure that your home is properly protected from dust and paint
- make sure all materials and equipment used on site are kept safe at minimum inconvenience to you
