We maintain over 23,000 street lights in Thurrock, including zebra crossings, subways lights, road signs and bollards.
You can a report a street light problem online. Please give the exact location and – if possible – the street light number, which you can find on a large sticker on the column.

How long it takes to repair a fault
We inspect street lights within 6 working days of a fault being reported. The number of days needed to complete a repair will depend on the type of fault.
