What was the total number of expected working days? E.g. 100,000 days – if you are unable to calculate working days, please use your FTE x 260.
What was your total number of days lost due to absence which has been categorised as sickness or unplanned leave through illness? E.g. 10,000 days.
How many of those days were lost to short term absence (20 working days or less)? E.g. 8,000 days short term.
How many of those days were lost to long term sickness? (21 working days or more) E.g. 2,000 days long term.
