Unregulated Children's Services Referrals
As new Head of Governance at JMR Healthcare, I am seeking information to inform our strategy moving forward and ensure we are positioned to meet your needs. Therefore, under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the following information:
- The number of unregulated Children’s Services referrals made by your Authority to providers each month since 1st April 2022.
- Number of unregulated packages each month since 1st April 2022 that are 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1 or other staffing ratios
- The spend per month on these unregulated referrals since 1st April 2022

We are unable to provide an exact number for questions 1 and 2 above as:
- There is a low number involved.
- The release of this information could identify individuals which would constitute their personal data under the Data Protection Act
- There is no prior expectation on the part of these individuals that their personal information would be published in the wider public domain under the FOI Act
- Personal data of any other person is exempt under section 40 (2) of the Data Protection Act.
