1. What was your training budget in 2023/2024 for adult social workers? – There is no designated budget assigned to Adult Social Workers
2. What training courses did you commission in 2023/2024 for adult social workers? – We commissioned courses to meet statutory need
a/ How many sessions of each course did you commission? The majority of courses had 1 offering – others had 3 depending on service & numbers needed
b/ What was the price per course? Courses averaged at £900
c/ Who delivered each course? We work with a variety of different training companies who have SME
d/ What was the method of delivery (e.g. in-person, virtual, eLearning etc.) We offered training in different forms depending on the course and the best way to deliver that particular training.
