Freedom of information response

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:

1. A comprehensive list of all supported living sites within the geographical area of your council.
2. For each supported living site, please provide:
   - The name of the site.
   - The address of the site, including postcode.
