Please can you provide me a copy of An Agreement dated 16 November 1992 made between (1) Thurrock Borough Council (2) National Power PLC and (3) Ashdown

Minerals Limited under the provisions of Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

This relates to Land lying to the north of Tilbury Power Station, Fort Road, Tilbury.
