Freedom of information response

FOI request 13005 revealed that Planning application 22/001131/HHA (Demolition of the rear extension and balcony structure and retention of the outbuilding) is the subject of an Enforcement notice served on 26th Sept 2023 and to be complied with by 24th April 2024. But as of 6th July 2024, not only has the notice not been complied with, no record of any enforcement issues can be found in the public domain associated with the property. As it has been sold STC it is likely that all involved in the selling and purchasing of itwill be completely unaware of any issues. So will Thurrock Council take steps to put this enforcement issue in the public domain where it belongs?
