Damp and Mould
The number of (a) category 1 and (b) category 2 damp and mould issues in the private rental sector reported to the council in each of the last five years (2019 – 2024 up to and inclusive of 16 February 2024).
The number of private rental sector dwellings that the council currently estimates to have an issue with damp and mould.
I would be grateful if this can be given as both a number and proportion of all private rental sector stock in the council area.
