Citizens Advice sessions

Citizens Advice is a registered charity that can give you free, independent, confidential, impartial advice on your rights and responsibilities.

You can access Citizens Advice either online, at their main office in Grays, or at advice sessions in Thurrock libraries. Services include help to check pension credit and other benefits, help with bills, compensation claims for delayed flights, and looking for grants and benefits for energy bills.

Drop-in for advice at the libraries below on the following days and times.

Corringham library Wednesdays 10am to 1pm,
2pm to 5pm
Purfleet library Mondays 10am to 1pm
Tilbury library Fridays 10am to 1pm,
2pm to 5pm
